JobComposer Module

The JobComposer module is a visual layout suite designed for color-accurate, high-resolution image editing and job arrangement. It is used to prepare files for printing, with fully featured toolsets that enable you to quickly handle even complex print jobs and optimize media usage through its pre-flighting and nesting functions. The intelligently designed, yet customizable user interface ensures that all settings and actions are accessible with a single click, allowing you to save job settings as presets for future use.

Queue Manager Module

The QueueManager displays the status of all your devices. You can manage priorities, access production data and job tickets, or identify jobs using the advanced search and filter functions. PrintQueues and CutQueues are connected to individual devices and offer the same capabilities as the QueueManager.

Color Suite

The comprehensive configuration and calibration tools encompass ink channel configuration, density linearization, total ink limiting, rasterization, dithering, profile creation, profile optimization, and quality control. The Color Replacement suite offers top-tier spot color management, regardless of the number of spot colors in a design file. With the Color Equalizer tool, you can easily match colors across different printers, between printers of the same make and model, or even align the output with another software solution.

Print & Cut

Whether your files come with predefined cut paths or you need to create them on-the-fly, Ergosoft RIP manages your tasks seamlessly. You can add registration marks, barcodes, and cut paths before nesting your jobs to minimize media waste and costs. The advanced tools generate cut-optimized, nested layouts for both rectangular and irregularly shaped images, with multiple cut layers to tackle the most complex finishing tasks.

Processing

Ergosoft RIP enables you to establish Processing Policies, Device Environments, and Image- and Job presets to manage various aspects of the production workflow. You can easily define output devices, job sizes, substrate color profiles, print marks, barcodes, cut lines, and more.

Cost Tracking

With a properly populated database, Ergosoft RIP enables you to monitor production costs for each job, detailing ink usage, media consumption, and printer time, providing an accurate cost assessment for every printed job.
