PVC is cost effective, has minimal stretch and can be either sewn or applied by two sided tape.
Silicone offers more stretch (>10%), easier installation, but is costlier. With all the new custom extrusion frames being built, and with no real industry standards on frame size width & depth, Media One is leading the pack in providing PVC and Silicone edge gasket (keder) solutions to fit all frames. We offer all industry keder sizes to fit any frame and can even make custom sizes to fit your required specifications. We also offer adhesive backed and recyclable versions.
We also offer the Pull Tab (transparent tear proof nylon sewn into corner, to pull image out of the frame) that gives your finished product a professional look. Please keep us in mind for all your finishing requirements: keder, hook & loop, thread, nylon webbing, weld-able webbing, zippers and flag pockets. We also specialize in Turn Key Solutions: ICC Color management, RIP Software, d.gen Dye Sublimation Direct & Transfer printers, Klieverik Calendar Units, Sewing Systems, (Cronos), Impulse Welders, Laser Cutters, Inks, fabrics, vinyls, recyclable, specialized materials and transfer papers.
