Most credit and debit card orders are shipped within 48 hours of order placement. Email or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received, unless you are setup on preapproved standard terms with us where you would be sent an invoice post fulfillment of your order. We recommend you ask one of our application specialists that everything is compatible for your job before you place your order. If you have any hesitations whatsoever that you maybe ordering the wrong product, our application specialists are trained to answer your questions. In the event you want to return your product you will be responsible for the shipping charges unless otherwise notified in writing.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
